How to book a stay at Vieux Vallon Campsite ?
By internet: choose your accommodation type, fill in the form and confirm with your credit card details. A deposit of 30% will be asked. You will receive a booking confirmation o refusal as soon as possible.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank details to make the payment.

How much are the booking fees?
Booking fees are € 15.
I already know the campsite, may I choose the pitch ?
During the booking process please let us know your expectations or wishes and we will do our best to give you the pitch you want if it is available.
How can I pay onsite ?
You can pay by bank cheques, ANCV cheques, credit card (from 1€), and cash.
At what time can I arrive and access to my accommodation ?
During the high season arrivals are from 3pm.
In low season you can arrive from 10am (at extra cost).
At what time do I have to leave ?
During the high season departure are until 10am maximum.
In low season you can leave from 4pm (at extra cost).
Can I come to your Campsite with my pet(s) ?
Yes, we are pets friendly so they can come to the Campsite (only 1st and 2nd categories are forbidden). An extra cost per pet will be asked.
What about the climate in Ardèche ?
The campsite is located in the south of the Department and enjoy a Mediterranean Climate dry and warm in Summer, sunny in Spring.
In low season is the pool open ?
Yes, the pool is open and accessible from the opening until the end of October. However it is not heated.
Is my swimming shorts allowed to the pool ?
No, only swim briefs are allowed.
Can I bring my own barbecue?
No, individual barbecues are forbidden by decree, however a common one (with 2 spaces) is available on the campsite. You can buy wood charcoal directly at the reception.
What can I find in my accommodation ?
All our accommodation are furnished with fridge, microwave, sink, hotplate or gas, tableware, kitchen utensils, pans, wood terrace, garden furniture.
Should I bring bed sheets?
Sheets are not included in the accommodation, but you can buy disposable one during the booking process or directly on site. Accommodation includes pillows and duvet.
Can I park my car next to my accommodation ?
Yes, every pitch has a parking space.
Some friends will join us for one night with a baby and we will be more than the capacity of our accommodation, what's happening?
Our accommodation are set for a maximum number of persons, children and baby included ; every extra person will be refused to enter.
